Aggression is one of the most visceral human emotions. The right elements, whether its
an unrelenting rhythmic drum machine, an overwhelming torrent of noise, a vocalist with
something pent-up inside, or, really, anything that inspires my body to get up and move
when played loud enough, makes for incredible music. Music like this is often my sound-
track to exciting outings and drives as well as repetitive and menial tasks. I can be a lot
more enthusiastic about making a spreadsheet or doing my laundry when I'm able to
suffocate the part of my brain telling me that I'm being careless.
